Great table, but it loses 2 stars because it was very very hard to screw in some of the allen keyed set screws. Either the threads in the cast aluminum were either not tapped well or the set screws didn't screw in easily because of differential contraction between aluminum and steel. Since I don't own a tap set, it took me 2 hours and a lot of elbow grease and WD-40 to get the set screws in and the allen head on the last bolt stripped from the force I was using.This table could also be a little easier to get level. I recommend placing a level diagonally across the surfaces when trying to level them since that will show you how level it is in both directions at once.Once I got it all put together, the table is great and very useful. I just probably will never adjust the height of the bottom shelve because of how difficult this was to put together.This table is quite possibly one of the greatest purchases of my life. I had a weird space next to my refrigerator, and just not a lot of counter space in my new kitchen. After measuring and a little hunting I came across this gem. It is counter height so it sits flush with my other counter. The shelf underneath is adjustable to any height, so I have adjusted it so that I can put some kitchen appliances on the shelf, and others underneath the shelf for extra storage. I have received so many wonderful and oftentimes jealous compliments from people that have seen it. It is very high quality and I cannot believe the value for the price. I also have to compliment the packaging. It was packaged so sturdy and well compared to other furniture I have ordered by mail before. Make sure you know how to clean and care for these counter-tops as they can scratch and mar if you use the wrong materials on them.Good for the price, however the legs are a different finish than the lower shelf; They were both described as being made of galvanized material.The shelf has an even dull gray finish resembling, well enough, the top and not as prone to every little smudge.My beef with the legs is that whatever process of galvanization was used resulted in an unevenly shiny finish that is not the same as the shelf and that reacts to fingerprints in a way that resembles tarnishing.The piece is made of three distinct metal finishes and fails a bit aesthetically for that reason. Aiming for informative here, not nitpicky.The table is sturdy and serviceable, to be sure. The vendor could up their shipping game. The box had very little padding, lots of void space and was fairly mangled when it arrived, though there was no damage to the table.The table seems well constructed and sturdy but their packaging is woefully inadequate. The surface of the table rests directly against the cardboard box that the table is shipped in so any damage to the cardboard is probably going to end up being a scratch or dent in the table top. Mine came in with two dents in it, I'm not hopefully that a replacement would make it through the UPS gauntlet unscathed so I'll live with them as they aren't terrible. The packaging could use a couple sacrificial layers of cardboard inside to protect the face or one of those cardboard honeycomb sheets to act as a buffer. The table it self is an easy 4 star product but the packaging cant be ignored.This table is stylish, functional, and easy to assemble. It works wonderfully with my cutting board and it has adjustable space underneath for awkward kitchen items that are difficult to fit in a cabinet. Quality is great; the metal is strong; the feet are easy to level; the surface is easy to keep clean. This is all I could ask for in a kitchen work table.The size is perfect if you are looking to add space to a small kitchen; Much better than something that is solid (like a cart or island) because it doesn't restrict what you can place on the bottom shelf. Also, keeps the kitchen more transparent looking.I use this as a counter on the deck next to my grill. It works very well for this purpose, and the top is holding up beautifully. Unfortunately, the bottom shelf appears to be galvanized instead of stainless, and it is not holding up as well outside. I am not complaining though because the quality is very good for the price.This the second table I have bought. The table is very stable and has I believe a thicker gauge stainless top than someother brands. The table was received in good order and with no cosmetic damages during shipment. Only suggestionis for instructions to better clarify assembly of the top to the legs because the post slots are rectangular (for a 24" x 24"top). I am using this table for my wine storage cooler. Looks really nice, a perfect match for the stainless trimmedcabinet.This is a great addition to my kitchen, it cleans up nicely and has minimal scratches from daily use. It was fairly easy to assemble…the only challenge was ensuring the bottom shelf being leveled! Definitely recommend!!Product is great, durable and sturdy.But the packaging was not secured properly for shipping and was completely open when received. This resulted in a some small scratches on the lower shelf which GSW chooses not to protect with the plastic which they do for the top.We had to take the table to our neighbour's to have the pre-drilled screw holes drilled out all the way to be able to tighten all the screws. If he could not have helped us we would have had to return the table.Overall table is great, but requires additional packaging and GSW should ensure the produce can be assemble with just an allen key and not require further machine drilling.poor quality not stable at all with set screws that strip holds no weight at allEveryday use, very solid... easy to assamble... ppl look amazed by the look in my kitchen.Works like a charm
