After Speaking to customer service at Garden Winds, they advised me that there was a procedure to follow... this was taking a photo of the actual damage taking a photos of the foundation of the Gazebo, to prove that it was properly installed. Text these and wait...Upon completion and meeting their requirements satisfactorily they agreed and offered 75% off a replacement. However this cover is not available for 3 Months, forcing Me to look elsewhere. Asked about a 75% refund to Amazon account, this was Denied... It can only be applied to Gezebo Tops...POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS at best !
