Tried and returned Blundstone Chelsea and Ariat boots because of fit and look when on. Took a chance with these. Fit true to size, comfortable first time worn, and overall good quality. Really like the look and overall fit. Highly recommend.They look good as casual or dress and fit is perfect.Look good but stain easily. I coated them with waterproof spray but any drop will stain them. I added shoe polish of a darker color to protect them, but still stain. Clarks are typically a great shoe. This was a terrible experience. Sent them back as soon as I tried them on.They don't look exactly like the photo IMO, but I still really like them. The toe area isn't a darker shade like typical leather riding boots (like the photo) and they were slightly darker than I expected. They are so comfortable and well cushioned. I am usually a 7.5, occasionally can wear a 7 and sometimes get boots in an 8 so I can wear thicker socks. These are definitely on the smaller size of a 7.5. I didn't even try them on with wool or thicker socks and I have zero wiggle room. I don't want to go through the trouble of returning/exchanging though, so i'm going to continue wearing them and hope they form a bit to my feet!I bought these books a couple of weeks ago and they are very confortable! They are also very versatile, they are elegant but casual at the same time.
